Would you like to become part of the CEP family and help foreign doctors relocate to Germany? You can help them achieve their dream job.
Your tasks:

  • Building LinkedIn active sourcing and recruiting processes for our healthcare sector
  • Responsible for candidate search and pre-selection of applications from the healthcare sector
  • Conducting phone interviews and job interviews with candidates
  • Training various employees in different areas of responsibility (Xing search/reminder, LinkedIn)
  • Creating and preparing candidate profiles and job advertisements
  • General support for all tasks of senior consultants and team leaders
  • Operational support for the sales department
  • Responsible for filing, database maintenance, file compilations, etc.

What you bring:

  • The idea of which university or college you want to study at, or you are already in your bachelor's or master's degree studying in the fields of business administration, human resources, etc.
