Delevan is seeking a Human Resources and Organizational Development Consultant (m/f/d) in Hamburg. We provide consulting services to companies in the food industry in the German-speaking region. Our clients are family-owned businesses with a long tradition and often have artisanal structures.

In addition to in-house food production, our clients also have a trading function and operate a total of 4,000 specialty stores with over employees.

Our consulting services focus on the Employee Life Cycle. Due to the strong dynamics in the job market, the area of employee recruitment has become a key focus.

We also support our clients in personnel marketing, organizational and employee development, as well as the establishment of structures and processes - up to the development of a strong employer brand.

We offer consulting and support in all areas of human resources and organizational development.
