Expansion and management of a dedicated customer portfolio consisting of international key account clients
Proactive positioning of the product and service portfolio
Responsible for developing strategies and generating revenue from your customer base
Handling service inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Completed education and initial work experience in customer service, preferably in the B2B sector
Communicative and open-minded career changers are also welcome
Enjoyment of customer contact and a strong customer service orientation
Professional appearance, structured approach, and analytical thinking
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
