YOUR ROLE


We are seeking a visionary
Director of Marketing (M/F/d) to join and lead our exceptional marketing team and contribute to Appinio's future growth on a global scale.


In this position, you will be responsible for defining and implementing Appinio's marketing strategy by combining insights with creative ideas.

You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, design, research, business development, sales, and senior leadership, to spread excitement about our products across different markets and industries.

Your role will also involve scaling our marketing efforts to match the rapid growth of Appinio.


YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals
  • Lead and empower the marketing team, implementing structure and processes to maximize team performance
  • Oversee our digital messaging strategy on a global level, ensuring that content reflects Appinio's core values and positioning
  • Foster a culture of testing and optimization while working towards a longterm strategy

YOUR PROFILE

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in the B2B tech industry, with a strong background in contentheavy marketing organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and influence others
  • Ability to translate technical features into business impacts
  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple teams across different departments
  • Proactive and handson approach, with the ability to lead by influence
