Your Responsibilities:


  • Motivating and leading a team of 2 technicians
  • Analyzing, locating, and resolving issues with equipment
  • Managing maintenance and renovation work, as well as machine tests
  • Ensuring and monitoring service and quality standards
  • Optimizing the work area
  • Facility and building technology, including fire and occupational safety
  • Working with key performance indicators

Your Profile:


  • Successfully completed technical training
  • Ideally, completed further education as a master and first experience in leading a small team
  • Solid knowledge in mechanics and electronics, as well as basic knowledge in pneumatics or hydraulics is an advantage
  • Handson mentality
