Position

Title:
Administrative Assistant

Full Time, non-exempt, 12 month


Reports to:
Director of Facilities


Education/Experience Required/Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience strongly preferred, but not required.


Pay Range:
$17.28-$20.00/hour


General Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all general office work pertaining to the Facilities Department.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Payroll Clerk
  • Keeps record of Budget expenditures and submits bills to Accounting
  • Maintains school master calendar through eSpace scheduling system
  • Helps maintain Work Orders through eSpace
  • Helps maintain Weekly Assignments doc and calendar schedule in Facilities Office
  • Answers phone calls; directing requests to the Assistant Director of Facilities for assignments
  • Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Director of Facilities or Director of Facilities

Qualifications

  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
  • Must be able to multitask, be flexible, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Will exemplify high Christian ideals in a spirit of cooperativeness with integrity
This is a full time 40 hours a week/12 month position and reports directly to the Director of Facilities.
