Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the packaging team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Oversee the assembly and packaging of products according to company standards
- Train new employees on packaging procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any mechanical issues with packaging equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in cheese packaging is desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Proficient in using hand tools and operating a forklift
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines

Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year
