About the Role:

Wells Fargo is on the lookout for a talented Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) to join our Consumer and Small Business Banking team within Branch Banking. Upon obtaining the required licenses and SAFE registration, the Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (SAFE) employee will transition into the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role.

The job profile below offers a general overview of the responsibilities of Senior Branch Premier Bankers, yet the day-to-day tasks will vary depending on factors such as years of experience, client portfolio, and specific client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Customer service experience of 4+ years, or an equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners for 3+ years
• Experience in recommending products and services for 3+ years

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the financial services industry, including corporate, consumer, mortgage, investments, brokerage, or private banking
• Expertise in recommending financial products and services
• Completion of FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams (or recognized equivalents), along with State Insurance license(s)
• 3+ years in a licensed financial services role
• Customer-centric approach in handling complex transactions and building relationships
• Proficiency in sourcing, acquiring, and maintaining customer relationships, along with strong communication skills
• Understanding of book of business processes, Branch Banking compliance controls, and risk management
• Ability to educate customers on technology and promote digital banking options
• Experience providing financial services consultation to small business clients
• Familiarity with financial services consumer lending products
• Professionalism in interactions with customers and colleagues
• Highly motivated with a focus on team success and individual performance
• Experience in mentoring and peer-coaching

Job Expectations:

• Availability to work on holidays and weekends
• Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management guidelines
• Required registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or equivalents), and State Insurance license(s)
• Completion of Series 65 (or equivalent) within specified states within a set timeframe
• Communication of licensing requirements and completion timelines upon offer acceptance
• Maintenance of appropriate FINRA licenses, meeting financial fitness and background standards
• SAFE registration and NMLS registration upon employment
• Compliance with LO qualification standards, financial responsibility, and credit fitness
