Location: Berlin, Germany (Remote - Monthly travel to Berlin)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal to join our team. As the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters within the company and providing strategic guidance to support our business objectives. This is a leadership role that requires a combination of legal expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to senior management and other stakeholders on a variety of legal issues, including contract negotiations, Corporate Law, and Corporate Governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, such as customer contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Oversee all corporate governance matters, including board meetings, corporate filings, and compliance with best practices.
