Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed
  • Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols in compliance with cGMP & OSHA standards
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity
  • Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks as required (up to 50lbs)
  • Oversee distribution center activities to meet operational goals

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks routinely
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices and distribution center operations
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Familiarity with GMP and OSHA regulations for maintaining a safe work environment

Experience:


  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
