Description
At the Tom James Company, a Driver supports our top selling sales members, fulfilling our mission to be a global leader in the fashion industry.
Pick up and drop off will be at Sales Professional's residence in Leesburg, VA.This position will average around 24 hours a week, - 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Days will most likely start at 8:00 am and end at 5:00pm, however, days can begin as early at 6:00 a.m.
and end as late as 7:30 p.m. Schedule can change at the last minute, so candidate must be flexible.Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. Hours exceeding 40 hours per week are paid at overtime rate (1.5 times hourly pay).
Employee is entitled to our 401(k) with employer matching contributions, profit sharing, PTO (paid time off), and employee stock purchase program.
