Service Assistant (w/m/d) at Asklepios in Highland Village, TX:

  • We are currently looking for a
    Service Assistant (w/m/d) to join our team at Asklepios Dienstleistungsgesellschaft Hamburg mbH in Hamburg St. Georg on a parttime basis (25 hours per week).
  • Asklepios Dienstleistungsgesellschaft Hamburg mbH is a 100% subsidiary of Asklepios Kliniken. Our employees work nationwide in the areas of service assistance, catering, cafeterias, kiosks, and reception at our hospitals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking food orders and managing meal preferences through the OrgaCard system
  • Ensuring room standards are met
  • Handling complaints
  • Checking and monitoring patient contracts
  • Providing serviceoriented tasks for patients
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not required
  • Strong sense of service orientation, teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
  • Empathy and understanding towards others
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
  • Interest in working in a hospital setting
