With this training, we offer you the opportunity to gain insight into various areas of business administration in the healthcare sector. You will rotate between different training locations within the region and gain an overview of insurance topics, customer consultation, and other focal points across departments.

You want to...
  • learn how to passionately and competently advise customers on all health-related questions over the phone,
  • understand how to thoroughly review customer inquiries regarding contributions and benefits,
  • experience how the healthcare system and social insurance work,
  • successfully support our customers in the implementation of new online processes and be the first point of contact on all communication channels,
  • work successfully in a team.
We expect...
  • that you already have (technical) high school diploma or a very good secondary school leaving certificate or will have it soon,
