*Your responsibilities:
  • Patient-oriented organization, coordination and optimization of ward processes
  • Personnel management (scheduling, vacation planning, etc.)
  • Responsibility for the immediate medical care of assigned patients
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, such as hygiene regulations
  • Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration with other departments/clinics
  • Implementation of guidelines and instructions from the nursing management
*Your qualifications:
  • Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
  • Completed ward management course or willingness to complete a corresponding further education
  • Organizational talent, assertiveness, decision-making skills, and independent work ethic
  • Ideally, experience as a leader with a secure and appreciative leadership style, as well as a process-oriented and innovative mindset
  • Willingness to continuously develop professional competencies
