To strengthen our internal team, we are currently looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time at our location in Krefeld.


Your tasks will include:

  • Our recruiters see themselves as artists a perfect mix of intelligence, hard work, and creativity because that's how you identify even the most exotic candidates and take on the challenge of finding the "perfect match" for our clients.
  • You will be responsible for fixed projects from the beginning from posting the job to the first day of work with the client and you will remain the contact person for "your" employees. You will have everything under control, an open ear, and a smile on your face.
  • You plan your day according to priorities, conduct personal, telephone, or Teams meetings, and make a preselection.
  • Creating a profile won't take you all day, as you have all the candidate's information at hand and in mind.
  • You stay uptodate on your projects, the job market, and current developments in the field of recruiting. You have your own ideas and are happy to share them with the team.
