What you will learn:

  • Preparation and garnishing of dishes
  • Planning, purchasing, preparation, and inventory management
  • Creating diverse menus
  • Kitchen techniques, such as cooking methods
  • Product presentation in the dining area
  • Hygiene regulations, cost control, inventory management, and kitchen organization
The typical training period is 3 years.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Enjoy cooking and have an interest in nutrition
  • Ability to handle stress, manual dexterity, and creativity
  • Quick and adaptable learning skills
  • Openness to new experiences
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Good understanding of calculations
