These are your responsibilities:

  • Processing complaints regarding mechanical and hydraulic components
  • Planning and optimizing test procedures
  • Testing the functionality of individual components and parts
  • Creating complaint reports and developing measures to prevent complaints
  • Planning and conducting complaint discussions with those responsible
  • Conducting supplier visits

You bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician
  • Good knowledge of BaaN or InforLN and MS Office programs
  • Communication and teamwork skills, as well as a cooperative work style
  • Analytical thinking and high level of commitment
  • Engagement and assertiveness
