In this position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Consultation and sales of services and basic products (accounting/savings).

* Cross-team mediation of investment and financing transactions. * Identification of potentials and additional needs of new and existing customers. * Conducting conversations and opening new customers (private and corporate clients). * Needs-based and service-oriented consultation at the front desk (reception/counter). * Processing of cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions. * Consultation on account and card assortment, as well as payment products including e-banking. * Execution of administrative tasks in the service and front desk area. * If interested: Taking over practical training of apprentices in the area of customer consultation.
