- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Strong foundation in JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Manager, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both IT and non-IT personnel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with a high capacity for managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of Life Insurance/Annuities is preferred.
- Experience working within a Level-One support team recommended.
