Sales Clerk tecalor (m/f/d) Location Vails Gate, NY

Your tasks:

  • Sales support for tecalor field staff
  • Telephone customer service and technical consultations for decentralized ventilation systems
  • Preparation, processing, and monitoring of offers and orders
  • Recording, management, and monitoring of complaints
  • Active customer approach and followup on offers

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an industrial clerk or in a similar profession
  • Professional experience in the inside sales department of an industrial company desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferably good SAP knowledge
  • High motivation, strong communication skills, and structured work style
