Description

We are looking for a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (m/f/d) as Deputy Head of the Radiology/Endoscopy Department for the Steigerwaldklinik Burgebrach.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the management in personnel planning, recruitment and retention, ensuring optimal organization of the department, developing, monitoring and maintaining our standards in coordination with the management, training new employees and supporting the professional development of the team, as well as working closely and trustfully with all involved professional groups.

You will also be responsible for performing conventional X-rays, CT examinations and supporting and conducting functional diagnostics.


Your profile should include several years of experience as a MTRA (m/f/d), as well as commitment, resilience and excellent organizational skills.

You should also have the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively, be flexible and willing to work, have a business-oriented mindset and be willing to participate in on-call and standby duty.
