To support our HR team at the Emsdetten location, we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative for Logistics (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative tasks in the areas of internal customer service, logistics, transportation, and warehouse
  • Structured processing of logistics processes, complaints, and transport damages, including finding solutions
  • Order management - processing and monitoring of orders
  • Oral and written communication with our foreign branches
  • Interface to internal departments
