Oak Hill is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the General Counsel, the Investigations Team, and other senior leaders (as needed) with respect to contract management, file management, litigation management and other administrative tasks.
The incumbent will work with the administrative support team to ensure adequate support and coverage for front desk, communications and other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least five (5) years' relevant office experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft suite of products including SharePoint and Teams, and capable of learning contract management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills.
- This position requires presence in Oak Hill's administrative offices at least three (3) days per week. Must be flexible to work evenings occasionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the General Counsel with respect to calendaring hearings and meetings, answering the telephone, responding to correspondence, maintaining litigation files, completing state ethics filings and processing vendor payments
- Supports the investigations team by coordinating the process of implementing recommendations to be sent to DDS. Uses Oak Hill's SharePoint and other electronic tools to manage workflows and reporting. Assists with other clerical tasks as needed.
