ViaNobis - Integration Assistance for People with Mental Disabilities and Addiction is a residential and support service in the districts of Heinsberg, Aachen, Mönchengladbach, Viersen and Krefeld, for adult individuals who are struggling with their daily lives.

We provide assistance to each person according to their needs and wishes - not more, but also not less.

Your responsibilities:

Advising, accompanying and supporting individuals with mental illnesses in their own living environment and in their individual social environment
Crisis intervention and implementation of psychoeducational programs
Promoting the independence of our clients and jointly developing realistic future perspectives and individual daily structures
Supporting our clients in participating in work, leisure activities and society
Creating and implementing individual support plans

Your profile:

You are a social worker / social pedagogue / educator / special needs educator / occupational therapist or nursing professional (m/f/d)
You have good communication and decisionmaking skills and can apply conflict resolution strategies confidently
Maintaining an appropriate distance is a natural part of your work
You have a valid driver's license and your own car
