Your contribution:

Customer and patient support via phone and email
Order processing and ensuring timely delivery
Handling of returns and exchanges
Complaint and grievance management
Requesting billingrelated documents (e.g. prescriptions, orders)
Maintenance of master data
Point of contact for our colleagues in sales and technical departments

What you bring to the table:

Completed commercial education (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk, healthcare management clerk, medical assistant)
First experience in order processing
Professional and competent demeanor with strong communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Enjoyment of customer communication over the phone
Independent, structured, and pragmatic work style
Commitment, selfresponsibility, and integrity
