Our team of 60 members in the "Wind Project Development" department is responsible for the entire process of wind park development, from acquisition to construction, both nationally and internationally.

At our project office in Potsdam, 18 colleagues are actively involved in this challenging field.

Your Tasks


Based in Potsdam, you will acquire potential wind park sites, as well as sites in and around existing wind parks in the eastern German states.

You will be supported by a team assistant.


If you reside in these states, there is the possibility of primarily working from your home after a training period.

However, you will be required to be present in the Potsdam office at least one day per week.


You will work with the team to develop plans for the use of potential wind park sites, negotiate with landowners on site, and communicate the project to local committees.

This may require multi-day business trips to the planning regions.


After successfully acquiring a site, a project coordinator will take over and prepare the project application for the approval process.

You may also act as a contact person for landowners and decision-makers on site.
