Our company is currently seeking a Call Center Agent Service (m/f/d) for our location in Drakesville, IA, with the possibility of permanent employment


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Creating and maintaining customer data
  • Researching and verifying information related to customer orders
  • Entering and updating customer, master, and transaction data
  • Analyzing and resolving customerspecific issues and coordinating internal processes between relevant departments and the customer
  • Providing telephone support, advice, and assistance to customers on the service hotline (first and second level support)

Your working hours will be full-time, part-time (morning, afternoon, or evening), or shift/night/weekend.
