Your responsibilities:

You are the link between our customers, regional management, and the internal team
As a contact person, you are available onsite for parking lot users and our clients
You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
You monitor compliance with the posted parking regulations
You document any violations of the parking regulations
Onsite, you check the signage for stability and condition, as well as replenish any necessary materials in the markets
You assist new employees with training

Your profile:

Class B driver's license
Willingness to travel (approximately 75% within your own region, 25% nationwide)
Excellent German language skills
Strong proficiency with smartphones
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Independent, responsible, and conscientious work ethic
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
