Your tasks:


  • No matter what project your customers want to tackle in your department, you don't just sell them anything, but exactly what they need
  • As a team player, you are always there for your colleagues, restock the shelves, and ensure cleanliness and order in your department
  • In short: you have a passion for sales and providing optimal advice to BAUHAUS customers

Your profile:


  • A completed commercial apprenticeship e.g. as a salesperson, retail merchant or a suitable trade apprenticeship is a good prerequisite
  • Experience in sales / distribution or the DIY industry is an advantage
  • With your solid knowledge / expertise in the DIY sector, you are able to competently advise customers
  • You are characterized by consulting skills, service orientation, communication skills, friendliness, teamwork, and helpfulness
