As a Naval IT Project Specialist you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion.
Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and its imperative to keep the project on a productive path.
Thats why we need you, an experienced Naval IT Project Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
You will collaborate directly with Product Managers to oversee the execution of complex programs. From the initial concept to final implementation, youll be the driving force behind successful project delivery. You will ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. You will help navigate ambiguity and extract specific requirements even from high-level information. You will identify and engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, team members, and external partners. You will support senior executives by creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, written reports, and other communication materials. You will proactively identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies. 10+ years of experience in managing cost, schedule, and performance of acquisition efforts
2+ years of experience developing executive leadership communications materials and content in support of key strategic initiatives and promoting executive priorities throughout the organization
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite to develop briefs, briefing memos, and talking points
Experience in risk management with acquisition programs
Secret clearance
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
