To continuously increase our expansion, our team in Mannheim is looking for a Sales Assistant / Junior Sales Customer Service Representative to join us as soon as possible.


Your scope of work / field of action:

  • You support the senior sales colleagues in calculating and creating offers and complex deals
  • You take care of data maintenance (customer data, inventory numbers, conditions) in the internal ERP and CRM system
  • You research data in the internal ERP and CRM system that is needed for the creation of complex offers
  • You handle salesrelated customer inquiries and correspondence via phone and email

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk or commercial clerk (m/f/d) with an affinity for technology
  • Experience in sales support, preferably in the machinery and technology industry
  • Structured, systematic and independent way of working with a high degree of flexibility
  • Solid MS Office (O365) knowledge and experience with merchandise management systems
  • High level of commitment, teamwork, flexibility and customer orientation
  • Experience in the copier and printing industry is a plus, but not a must
