  • You will accompany children in their educational processes through open workshop work
  • You offer an interesting and varied participation in activities in the studio
  • You regularly observe and document the work
  • You take responsibility for shaping the educational partnership with parents
  • You participate in the further development of the workshop daycare concept
  • You maintain close communication with the daycare team and management

Requirements:


  • You have a degree as a recognized educator or SPA or HEP (m/f/d)
  • You have experience with open work in the elementary area or are a beginner in the field and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • You enjoy designing open educational offers in the studio
  • You are excited to work in a collegial and innovative environment
