Your tasks

As a communicative, team-oriented and responsible individual, you will provide a wide range of services with diverse tasks in a professional and dynamic IT environment. As an IT specialist in IT operations, you will strengthen the endpoint management, be part of an operational team, and provide IT solutions in close contact with employees. You are able to communicate with both employees and management, and effectively implement the IT needs and solutions of Drees & Sommer. You will be part of an experienced team in Stuttgart that places great value on a professional, efficient and modern IT department.Your tasks in detail: - Managing IT systems in the Microsoft client environment (EntraID, M365) - Competent contact person and problem solver for our users in 2nd level support on site and via remote maintenance - Participation and professional support in internal IT projects - Creating documentation and instructions to assist end users and the service desk - Knowledge transfer through basic training - Accompanying software and client hardware rollouts and migration scenarios

Your profile

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, training as an IT specialist or career changer with a high affinity for IT and professional experience in IT support
