Responsibilities:

Careful and complete data maintenance in the CRM system (Salesforce) is also part of your responsibilities
You will handle the initial qualification of incoming inquiries from interested parties, which you receive through the website, campaigns, trade fairs, etc.
You are responsible for consistently checking and following up on leads in terms of data quality
Additionally, you will organize the distribution of leads to the sales teams

Requirements:

You have excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally some experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Enjoying working in a team and excellent communication skills complete your profile
You possess analytical thinking skills, strong organizational skills, and accuracy in handling data
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
