We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Inventory Specialist to join our team at a leading cultivation and processing facility in the cannabis industry.

This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Maintain and update inventory records and ensure all inventory processes are accurately documented.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations to verify stock and identify discrepancies.
• Input inventory data into management systems and generate reports for analysis.
• Collaborate with cultivation and processing teams to forecast needs and manage supply levels.
• Implement and monitored compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding inventory control.
• Assist in developing and improving inventory management procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Accurately check and weigh material received form 3rd party sources. This includes properly entering purchased products into inventory management systems.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in inventory management or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an inventory specialist or in a similar role; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in inventory software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $18, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
