To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) as Deputy Foreman (m/f/d) for Assembly & Painting in full-time (38 hours/week).

Your responsibilities

Deputizing for the foreman in assembly and painting, in particular:
- Technical leadership of employees, including personnel planning
- Coordinating and planning work orders in coordination with other departments
- Actively contributing to cost reduction and efficiency improvement measures
- Ensuring compliance with our quality and occupational safety standards
Preparing assembly orders
Assembling components according to drawings
Packaging components on pallets

Your profile

Completed technical training (preferably as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)), alternatively you have several years of experience in assembly
Experience in assembling components using overhead and column jib cranes
