What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for tour control and monitoring the quality-compliant delivery and installation of furniture or kitchens at our customers' locations
  • You will ensure compliance with processes and quality requirements, as well as supervise deliveries and installations
  • You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and supervision to furniture and kitchen installers, as well as support staff
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and finding solutions for complaints and defects
  • You will also assess and partially resolve complaints and document them

What should you bring?

  • You have gained several years of professional experience in furniture or kitchen installation
  • You ideally have first leadership experience, as well as assertiveness and the ability to lead and motivate
  • You have experience in quality assurance and complaint management
  • You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a high level of initiative and responsibility
  • You have good knowledge of MS Word and Excel, as well as a valid class B driver's license
  • You have fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form
