- Ensure a seamless check-in process, providing support with patient queries and forms.
- Maintain daily schedules and attend to walk-in patients.
- Handle phone calls and update appointment schedules.
- Keep the workspace organized and safe for everyone.
- Confirm appointments and collect payments as required.
- Complete necessary reports and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
