As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently looking for a full-time and/or part-time
Personnel Administrator to join our team at the Hansalinie location in Bremen.


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent handling of all personnel administrative processes, including creating employment contracts, contract changes, references, warnings, etc.
  • Processes such as onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee master data
  • Preparatory tasks for payroll processing with our tax consultant and monitoring of monthly payroll
  • Correspondence with service providers, health insurance companies, authorities, and offices
  • Preparation of statistics and evaluations for monthly reporting
  • Point of contact for our managers and employees for all personnelrelated matters

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training with professional experience in personnel administration
  • Proficient in using computer systems, especially MS Office applications
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments
  • Diligent and systematic work ethic
