As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently looking for a full-time and/or part-time
Personnel Administrator to join our team at the Hansalinie location in Bremen.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent handling of all personnel administrative processes, including creating employment contracts, contract changes, references, warnings, etc.
- Processes such as onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining employee master data
- Preparatory tasks for payroll processing with our tax consultant and monitoring of monthly payroll
- Correspondence with service providers, health insurance companies, authorities, and offices
- Preparation of statistics and evaluations for monthly reporting
- Point of contact for our managers and employees for all personnelrelated matters
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training with professional experience in personnel administration
- Proficient in using computer systems, especially MS Office applications
- Willingness to collaborate across departments
- Diligent and systematic work ethic
