Osnabrück, we are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours/week)
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to start immediately.


What to expect from us:


  • You will be the personal point of contact for participants at the location
  • You will be responsible for contract processing
  • You will coordinate all service processes
  • You will support and monitor learning processes and organize support services if needed
  • You will monitor participant attendance
  • Together with your colleagues, you will ensure high customer satisfaction
  • You will oversee the exam organization for each participant
  • You will plan and conduct feedback sessions with participants independently
  • You will maintain contacts with funding agencies and network partners
  • You will keep an eye on the application and
