Are you interested in working for an international company that is one of the leading independent providers of fuel card solutions in Germany, located in Mount Vernon, IN?


We are looking for Telephone Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Agents, and Telephone Customer Support Representatives for our existing customer base.

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or Telephone Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team
  • Quality management
  • Expanding the company's portfolio through customer retention and referrals

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, previous experience in customer service and telephone work
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in German

Benefits:

  • Salary of 2100€ + 350€ performancebased bonus
  • Pleasant office in 10117 Berlin (near Friedrichstraße train station)
  • Working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30 am 4:45 pm, Friday until 3 pm (37.5 hours)
