Full-time (Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays off)


Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and overseeing the entire catering operation (employee restaurant with daily guests, coffee bar, conference service, vending, etc.)
  • Ensuring smooth operation while maintaining quality, hygiene, safety, and company standards, and complying with relevant laws and regulations
  • Overall responsibility for food and service, inventory management, budget control and adherence, financial reporting and monthly closing
  • Leading and managing the entire team (approximately 10 employees): hiring, scheduling, training, etc.
  • Maintaining personal and close relationships with guests and partners on site
  • Driving the development and implementation of creative culinary concepts and F&B trends
  • Regular communication and collaboration with regional management

Qualifications:

What you'll bring:

  • Professional training in the hospitality industry
  • Additional business qualifications, such as hotel management, hospitality specialist, or similar, are advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar management position, ideally in the hospitality/hotel industry or contract catering (corporate dining)
  • Business acumen, budget and cost calculation skills, administrative and operational management
  • You lead by example and are a cooperative and motivating team player
  • Strong focus on quality, service, and customer satisfaction
  • Passion for culinary arts and a sense for current F&B trends as an enthusiastic HOST, you thrive in the front and guest areas
