Head of Student Affairs
unlimited full-time position

As the Head of Student Affairs, the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences offers you a responsible, diverse, and exciting field of work with a lot of room for creativity in a motivated, dynamic leadership team. The department includes the following organizational units: program development, quality management & capacity issues, central student counseling & career service, the student and examination office, the project & digitization department, and in the future, a service desk as the first point of contact for students.

You will work closely with the Chancellor, the Vice President for Studies and Teaching, the other organizational units of the university, and our students.

As a strong leader who values cooperative collaboration, leads situationally and integratively, and enjoys empowering and motivating employees, you will further develop the Student Affairs department as a university-wide service unit and actively contribute to the development of concepts and new ideas in the field of studies and teaching at the Augsburg University
