The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) - Public Law Institution - is the central real estate company of the federal government.

Its main tasks include unified real estate management, property administration and sales, as well as forestry and nature conservation management of the federal properties.

Nationally, around 7,000 employees work for BImA, distributed among the headquarters in Bonn and nine directorates, as well as over 120 locations.


The Dortmund Directorate is currently seeking a
Civil Protection Binding Officer (m/f/d) for the Administration Department at the
Bielefeld location, starting as soon as possible.

This is a permanent position.


The Administration Department is responsible for managing various property interests of BImA and the federal government in different legal areas.

It fulfills international obligations of the Federal Republic of Germany, is responsible for war legacy regulations, manages the unincorporated districts of Osterheide and Lohheide, as well as federal inheritances, deals with the consequences of German reunification, and is responsible for contract management of property purchase agreements - particularly for BImA.

Some tasks are carried out on behalf of the federal budget, while others are included in BImA's business plan. The department's clients and partners include federal ministries, stationed foreign armed forces in Germany, companies, states, municipalities, and citizens.
