Rosenheim, Upper Bavaria We are currently seeking a full-time Object Manager (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Rosenheim


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for the comprehensive management of various trades, including contracted commercial and technical services, and their control
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the client, including preparing and conducting regular meetings and convincing them of our qualitative and quantitative performance
  • Identifying potential revenue and cost optimization opportunities for specific objects, as well as responsible budget control, planning, and monitoring
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and investigating cause and effect relationships in case of deviations, and proposing solutions
  • Collaborating with the relevant department to create decision templates and guidelines.
