Your responsibilities:

• Quantity determination and creation of cost calculation specifications for facade trades
• Determination of production costs for facade trades
• Development of special proposals and alternative offers
• Identification of opportunities and risks as well as technical and economic optimization of facade trades
• Consulting and support of our clients during the bidding phase

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a technician, metalworker, or a degree in architecture or engineering
• Several years of experience in cost calculation and work preparation for facade trades
• Good to very good knowledge of facade trades
• Basic knowledge of construction law and indepth knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C advantageous
• High level of resilience and commitment, strong teamoriented work style, and selfinitiative
