The municipal company Stadtwerke Penzberg is a service-oriented company, conveniently located in the heart of the Bavarian Oberland. We supply the city area with drinking water, operate a sewer network and a joint sewage treatment plant. In addition, we are building and operating an expanding district heating network.

Our subsidiary P-KOM GmbH operates a state-of-the-art fiber optic network with strong partners and we are involved in renewable electricity generation and distribution.

Since November 2023, we have been operating a modern family pool with contemporary leisure and fitness offerings.

To complement our personnel team, we are looking for a

Personnel Officer (m/f/d) permanent; part-time with approximately 16-20 hours per week

This is what you can do with us

Personnel administration for all collective bargaining employees, civil servants, trainees and interns of Stadtwerke Penzberg, including salary and remuneration accounting as well as travel expense accounting
Personnel recruiting and marketing, including social media
Qualified advice to the executive board and employees on all personnelrelated matters
Answering all labor and collective bargaining law questions
Processing of personnel management topics (personnel requirement analysis, establishment of staff plan, establishment of personnel budget, personnel cost controlling)
Conducting job evaluations
Management of the time recording system
Trustful cooperation with interest groups (especially works council)
