Your tasks:


  • Contact person (m|w|d) for executives as well as employees for all questions regarding: personnel administration, salary accounting and company pension schemes
  • Interface to payroll accounting, preparation of salary accounting for an external service provider and control of the accountings (pre and post work)
  • Support of all internal implementation paths of company pension schemes as well as quality control of the corresponding processes
  • Clarification of wage tax and social security law issues as well as calculation of monetary benefits and benefits in kind of all kinds
  • Support of social security and wage tax audits
  • Correspondence with authorities, offices and social security institutions
  • Contact person (m|w|d) for company pensioners and actuaries
  • Compilation of documents and data for internal as well as external auditors
  • Optimization and further development of HR processes
  • Participation in projects and special topics

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a focus on personnel management and possibly further education in the field of payroll and salary accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in the HR department (including payroll accounting and company pension schemes)
