We are offering an apprenticeship as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) at our senior center Lichteneiche. The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years and is carried out in a training network. The practical training takes place mainly at the senior center Lichteneiche.

Your responsibilities as a nursing specialist include assessing and determining the individual care needs of people of all ages in the areas of nursing, pediatric nursing, and elderly care.

Based on these needs, you will independently plan, organize, design, and manage the entire care process. You will also be responsible for carrying out the care and documenting the measures taken. Nursing specialists continuously analyze, evaluate, ensure, and further develop the quality of care.

Your profile should include a secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent, completed vocational training of at least two years, or completion of an apprenticeship as a nursing assistant or equivalent.

You should also have at least a B2 level of proficiency in German.

We offer a guaranteed job placement, a gross training allowance of 1,340.69€ in the first year, 1,402.07€ in the second year, and 1,503.38€ in the third year.
