The Volkssolidarität City Association Leipzig e. V. is the operator of various social institutions and provides caring, nursing and supportive assistance with full-time and volunteer employees.

The range of services includes 15 day care centers, a children's home, a children's residential group, two outpatient nursing services, two inpatient nursing facilities, as well as senior offices and several assisted living facilities.

For our outpatient nursing service at the Wurzen branch, Straße des Friedens 18, 04808 Wurzen, we are currently looking for nursing professionals (m/f/d) for our outpatient nursing service.


Your tasks:

Outpatient basic and treatment care for all levels of care Consultation visits Support services in the sense of holistic assistance Activation and support of daily life management Your profile: Completed vocational training as a nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing professional (m/f/d) Identification with the principles and goals of the Volkssolidarität You bring empathy, patience and empathy for working with our clients.

You work reliably.

You enjoy supporting older people to live with dignity in their own homes and ideally have experience in nursing and care.

Willingness to work in early and late shifts, including weekends Driver's license class B We offer:
